ORDERS

Once you have placed an order on our site, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. If you would like your order shipped out sooner, please send us an email with your order information to paperwerk@icloud.com. As stated while checking out, you are welcome to pick your order up at the shop, we just ask that you give us 1 business day to process your order.

SHIPPING

Once your package is packaged up and ready, there is a 5-7 day estimated arrival time. However, your order does not have a guaranteed delivery date considering our carriers do not deliver on Sundays or holidays. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As of right now, Paperwerk does not offer international shipping. If you have questions or concerns, please email us at paperwerk@icloud.com.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

We hope you love what you purchased from us! But if for some reason you’re not satisfied, please email us as soon as possible. 
-Returns postmarked within 14 business days of shipment will be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment or store credit. 
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
-All items must be returned to us in their original packages, damage free. 
-The following items are final sale: Sale, Writing Utensils, Holiday, Custom, Greeting Cards. 
-During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to the order total prior to completing order.
