Where are you located?

Find us on the corner of Rogers Ave and Greenwood Ave in an historic home. We are right across the street from Walgreens with ample parking. Our mailing and storefront address is 908 S Greenwood Ave. Fort Smith, AR 72901

If there is an item on your instagram/blog but not on your online mini shop, how do I go about purchasing it?

Not a problem! Shoot us an email at paperwerk@icloud.com or call us at
479-648-0558 and we can get that shipped out to you if we have that item in stock.

 Can I pick up my item in store?
A
Of course! We’d love to see you. Please select “pick up in store” as your shipping option. We ask that you give us at least 1 business day to process your order & please pick up your order within 14 business days.

Do you offer custom printing? 
A
Yes we do! If you are wanting something other than wedding invitations, you have come to the right place. We also offer custom stationery, Christmas cards, letterpress stationery, custom notepads and all kinds of event invitations! Email us to set up an appointment.

Are you currently hiring or accepting interns?

We’d love to see what you could bring to our shop! Please email us your resume and why you want to be apart of our team to paperwerk@icloud.com. We may not have a position available for you currently, but we’ll definitely keep your info on file for the future!

What is your return policy?

All of our shipping & return information can be found on our Customer Care page.

How can I contact you?

The most efficient way to contact us is via email at paperwerk@icloud.com or call 479-648-0558. We receive numerous emails a day so if we don’t answer immediately, know that we are going in the order the emails were sent and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are all of the items in your website in-store too? 
A
No, some of our items are “online exclusive.” For questions regarding our in-store inventory, please call 479-648-0558.

Do I need to create a login to shop online? 
A
You sure don’t! Feel free to check the “guest” option when checking out. However, we do recommend creating an account - it will speed up the process for future orders. It also reduces the chances of having a type-o in your shipping/billing address.
